You ever question yourselves why even train?? Why do we do what we do? I believe we were made to move. If we become stagnant and lazy we feel bad sooner or later. We weren't programmed to be lazy. We are moving machines who can only get bigger, stronger, faster! Training / working out gives me one of the best highs I can get.I know it can be hard with tedious work hours and commuting and KIDS but there's always a way to get in a sweat! Keep positive people in your circle and have them hold you accountable or just workout together!! Get it IN!!!! You'll thank yourself later.
