Well I'm A die hard Laker fan and what can I say about this team that just lost?? They gave up. Every single one of them played like something was wrong internally and their was NO teamwork AT ALL. No single person to blame on A TEAM!!! ALL played a part in the fall of their empire. Tarnishing Phil Jacksons Grandeur teams. These guys played half hearted, whined, pointed fingers, complained, fouled, elbowed, what else can you say that brought shame to the Purple & Yellow. BAD FORM. I Salute Phil Jackson for his 11 rings. Since this fall/ crumble their going to havta pick up alot of pieces and do some moving and shaking!!!

Who was one of the baddest, meanest,flossiest, blinged out, HUNGRIEST dude back in the early 80s? Mr. T a.k.a. Clubber Lang!!! This is one of my favorite movies of all time, Rocky III or as I like to call it, "An Italian Fairy Tale!" Why a fairy tale, well because Sly wasnt really competition for Clubber and the eye of the tiger was left in Rocky 2! You really think the ropadope worked for him without blocking? Hell to the no. Clubber would of KO'd him first round easy then got to know Adrian a Lil more personal lol. But in all semi-seriousness the hunger to be number one, workouts, the catch phrases And the style Clubber Lang had made the movie awesome! All this talk about the 30 something ounce Trenta cup Starbucks is coming out with as if Venti wasn't big enough. First its only for iced drinks and RIGHT there is the rump!!! You're pretty much only paying for more ice! Starbucks scam-ola. I'm sure it will be around 50 cents more than the Venti but people love BIG eye candy. Theres articles about it being bigger than a stomoch but the stomach expands so blah... and what about the competitors such as McDonald's and 7/11 monster size drinks!! Mad caffeine wars going on! But alas dont fall for the more ice trap! Save ya money!

You ever question yourselves why even train?? Why do we do what we do? I believe we were made to move. If we become stagnant and lazy we feel bad sooner or later. We weren't programmed to be lazy. We are moving machines who can only get bigger, stronger, faster! Training / working out gives me one of the best highs I can get.I know it can be hard with tedious work hours and commuting and KIDS but there's always a way to get in a sweat! Keep positive people in your circle and have them hold you accountable or just workout together!! Get it IN!!!! Catchy title right!!! Anyway a classmate has blessed me and I you with possibly the BEST website ever focusing on understanding our most hated classes. Maybe not hated but boring. HA! Any how Salman Khan is the mastermind behind this incredible site where he himself clearly explains MANY  formulas for math, physics, chemistry and even investing. Coach Wooden recently past away living to be 100 years young. He was and is a big-time role model and example of a great if not the greatest coach. Myself having a past coached boys and girl basketball teams look up to guys like this. He was the first person to be awarded in the hall of fame as a player AND as a coach. Thats Huge! He was a killer in college as a player and was a killer as a coach for UCLA where his Bruins won 10 championships!!! His bruins also had a perfect 30-0 season four times. These accomplishments have NOT been done by any other coach. Why so great, well he was a man of Morals and Character. I pay homage to Coach John Wooden by sharing his Seven Point Creed that his father gave him after he graduated from just grammer school. 1. So its about the second quarter of the year and just to follow up on my expectations and goals, here is as follows. 1. Car Fraud. Its going S L O W!!! Cops arent a big help, lawyers love money and arent a big help unless you have ALOT of money!!! LOL Thats basically how things are going with that. I remain positive about the situation though. 2. Certifications. I just ordered the NASM again because Im familiar with the model and test already. I also took a seminar through Power Systems and met some awesome trainers whose ideas I know incorporate in my training. Ill find their websites and edit this later. 3. Boxing/Savate. Im now enrolled at Polk st. Boxing gym in San Francisco. Yup, i'm slugging it out my friends. I love the cardio of boxing, I dont like running one bit. So yes, im still on course with my resolutions and goals. Im staying focused and motivated. Tough at times I must say but the show must go on. Well happy late new years everyone. Its kinda weird putting down resolutions once a year, if you saw my journals I right down goals every day. ( Thats what happens when you work graveyard shift... too much time to think) But for the sake of this blog and to keep myself accountable I'd like to add a few things to accomplish this year. 1. Identity Theft = This is the biggest thing I'd like to get taken care of just because its a huge financial thorn in my side. My so called buddy told me he was a car broker and in short ruined my credit and made off with a ton of money making me look like the guilty party. Not being Mr. Moneybags its been hard and depressing beyond all my years of breathing to deal with this and find lawyers and anyone dealing with the justice department to help. That being said, once this issue is out the way, the ball should be rolling quite nice and I can invest in my fitness even more-so. 2. Wow WOw Wizzle. Superlitaves attack pow bam boom. O.K. This movie was awesome folks. Visually it was a masterpiece. I was mesmerized 80 percent of the time. The other times i was sneering at Sigourney Weaver thinking she looks good for an 100 year old. But I still worship her for the Aliens franchise. The Nav'i were tall smurfs off acid worshipping trees and mother nature. It was clearly a Cowboys and Indians movie. The soldiers calling the Nav'i savages and what not kind hit an eerie note. I already thought Underworld with the Vampire(upperclass) and Werewolf(slaves) with savvy slurs were a bit much. Kinda wish you could just watch a movie without all the stuff but i guess you have to build up tension huh?! Steering away from all that the Characters were cool and the wildlife on the planet were different from what you ever seen. A big plus. I now want a bird dragon to go to work. This has been the hardest year ever I must say! My onetime friend commited fraud and credit repair fraud on me and pretty much left me for dead with ruined credit, in debt roughly over $100,000 (not kidding) and the government on my tail instead of his. This created me to drop out of school, work more hours at security and less personal training. I forgot to mention the car I got from my so called friend was a lemon. Im paying 20K for a 10K car, WITH problems left in right. So with all that I like to go to my art to kind of take my mind off things but im getting so behind in fees and such I might have to start selling all my stuff including my NIKON D90 . The guy who commited the fraud is still free and ripping other people off as well. I went to the cops and long story short they dont seem to care which shed new light on how I see them- even worse than I thought. Hmmmm. I remain focused and driven anyhow. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this chaos!!! I need all the help ...
