Fall Of an Empire



Well I'm A die hard Laker fan and what can I say about this team that just lost?? They gave up. Every single one of them played like something was wrong internally and their was NO teamwork AT ALL. No single person to blame on A TEAM!!! ALL played a part in the fall of their empire. Tarnishing Phil Jacksons Grandeur teams. These guys played half hearted, whined, pointed fingers, complained, fouled, elbowed, what else can you say that brought shame to the Purple & Yellow. BAD FORM.
I Salute Phil Jackson for his 11 rings. Since this fall/ crumble their going to havta pick up alot of pieces and do some moving and shaking!!!

BOOTCAMPS IN SAN FRANCISCO

Soooo last spring when I was working at 24 Hour fitness I decided to throw bootcamps at night just for fun and to get an extra sweat in.Anyone was welcome. Soon after I began seeking other bootcamps to participate in to learn different styles and what not. Fast forward to summer of 12 and I see this post about a bootcamp in Golden Gate park. First Person that greeted me was Krissy of BAMFIT and Rise Above Fitness who alot of people in the SOcial Media world might know as KMaeCAgs. I didnt know she was "WHO SHE WAS!" She was just cool as hell with Jedi Tattoos. I thought she was the dopeness just for that. Long story short, she knows what shes doing. She makes bootcamps fun as hell, has a huge following so you get characters to show up. Ive made some good friends there as well and met some weirdos LMAO!!! Any time shes in your area (She Travels A LOT!!) I highly recommend you go! Cant lose.
