Just a Update on things. I see I havent wrote anything in quite some time since my boys (Lakers lost)hahaha. The third quarter of the year is approaching and so far so good. Im almost done paying off my Mini Coop! 14k to go. Im back in Judo and Jiu Jitsu
and ill be ranking up to green FINALLY. I gave boxing a go and wasnt pleased with my gym. They were more schemers for the profits than actually teaching.Personal training is still going strong, and Ive entered a physique contest. Lot of things going on. YESSSSSS

BOOTCAMPS IN SAN FRANCISCO

Soooo last spring when I was working at 24 Hour fitness I decided to throw bootcamps at night just for fun and to get an extra sweat in.Anyone was welcome. Soon after I began seeking other bootcamps to participate in to learn different styles and what not. Fast forward to summer of 12 and I see this post about a bootcamp in Golden Gate park. First Person that greeted me was Krissy of BAMFIT and Rise Above Fitness who alot of people in the SOcial Media world might know as KMaeCAgs. I didnt know she was "WHO SHE WAS!" She was just cool as hell with Jedi Tattoos. I thought she was the dopeness just for that. Long story short, she knows what shes doing. She makes bootcamps fun as hell, has a huge following so you get characters to show up. Ive made some good friends there as well and met some weirdos LMAO!!! Any time shes in your area (She Travels A LOT!!) I highly recommend you go! Cant lose.
