Edition with Kate Upton on the Cover I was actually looking for the athletes, but uh came across something grandeur, that being Jessica Gomes ! Australian born and raised,her dad is Portuguese and moms Chinese and they popped out a BADD one. She been modeling since her teenage years and has been fire ever since! Appearing in every mag worthy of note, perfume commercial, shes there! Any way I salute you voice of Rick Ross's Maybach Music!! "I LIKE MAYBACH MUSIC"

Add Honey To Your Life

Honey has been a staple in my diet for quite some time just because I always loved the pb & honey sandwiches, drowning my biscuits with honey and using it in my tea! Besides all that its jammed with carbohydrates (17 grams per tablespoon) that your body/ muscles use for energy. Basically if your tired of buying supplements and psuedo drinks that claim they give you that BOOST help your self to some honey! Before and during workouts you can keep your engine running with natural energy a few spoons full of honey or mix some with water or juice and after a workout pair honey with a protein like peanut-butter or almond-butter (and apples, my personal snack) for recovery. Have a spoonful a day for breakfast in your oatmeal and some fruit and see how well your day goes!!! Reasons To Have A Workout Partner

1. Accountability . Just how you can pump yourself up You can always psyche yourself out. Having that friend/ workout buddy to workout with will help keep you on a schedule. 2. Spotting & Motivation . You can lift heavier loads that you wouldn’t normally do. You can bang out more reps where you would normally give up. They are your personal trainer and like wise. 3. Knowledge . Seek someone who has experience in the fitness industry. I love working out with other trainers because you will always learn something new or a different technique. I also tend to get someone bigger than me to transition myself to training stronger. 4. Happiness . Mood affects your workouts. Having someone to vent / talk to while they motivate and push you to work out is a plus. Talk about goal setting and what ever else brings you a positive experience.

You Probably never heard of the guy, but to the fitness and health nuts he may have come up in fitness lore. Reputed to have climbed up ropes with one hand, done the Iron cross with just one finger in each loop, record holding 1 arm chin ups, the 1 arm front lever and countless other "Moves" or exercises that entitle you to a certain respect in the fitness game. He was one of the ORIGINAL to do the "Bartendaz" style you can say or outside gymnasium guys you see on you tube today. Being a guy who loves these moves I cant help but represent and honor this Legend of amazing feats!!! All the moves that create awes in the gym or playground this guy mastered!
